Terms and Conditions of Zurich Limo Service covering bookings, cancellations, payments, liability, and chauffeur services in Switzerland and the EU.

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Zurich Limo Service ("Company", "we", "us").

By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these terms.

2. Services

Zurich Limo Service provides:

• Airport transfers

• Corporate chauffeur services

• VIP transportation

• Hourly chauffeur service

• Group & event transportation

• EU-wide executive transfers

All services are subject to availability.

3. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once:

• The client receives written confirmation (email)

• Payment is authorized or agreed

Clients are responsible for providing accurate details including pickup location, time, flight information, and contact details.

Incorrect information may result in additional charges.

4. Pricing

• Fixed airport rates apply within agreed zones.

• Hourly services are charged per commenced hour.

• Long-distance transfers are charged per agreed rate.

• Large bus bookings are subject to individual quotation.

All prices are in CHF unless otherwise stated.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Extra waiting time

• Additional stops

• Last-minute changes

• Special requests

5. Waiting Time

Airport Transfers:

• 60 minutes complimentary waiting time for international arrivals

• 30 minutes for domestic arrivals

After this period, waiting time may be charged per 15-minute interval.

Hourly bookings begin at the scheduled pickup time.

6. Cancellations

Airport Transfers:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup

Hourly & VIP Services:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before service

Group & Event Transportation:

• Cancellation policy depends on contract agreement

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at full rate.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate booking details

• Respect chauffeur conduct and vehicle condition

• Comply with local laws

The Company reserves the right to refuse service in cases of:

• Dangerous behavior

• Intoxication

• Illegal activities

8. Liability

Zurich Limo Service is not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or force majeure

• Missed flights due to external circumstances

• Items left in vehicles

Clients are responsible for personal belongings.

9. Corporate Accounts

Corporate clients may request:

• Centralized billing

• Monthly invoicing

• Priority booking

Payment terms must be agreed in writing.

10. Cross-Border Transfers

For EU-wide transfers:

• Clients must carry valid travel documents

• Additional tolls or cross-border fees may apply

• Travel duration depends on traffic and border conditions

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Swiss and EU data protection laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Swiss courts.

13. Amendments

Zurich Limo Service reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
