General Terms and Conditions of Zurich Airport Transfer
All of our services are fully subject to these Terms unless modified or supplemented by written agreements.
Offers
Our offers are limited in time, either according to the legal regulations or according to the special information in the offers themselves. Our offers are confidential in nature and may only be made available for inspection to those persons who process our offers.
Prices and orders
All prices stated on our website are gross (including VAT). All bookings are binding.
Payments: We accept most major credit cards, cash in vehicle, payment by invoice and payment by bank/postal transfer.
If an order is cancelled, the customer will be billed for the costs of our activities in accordance with our cancellation conditions. These are as follows:
- Up to 24 hours before the start of the order: No burden
- Within 24 hours of order start time or no-show: 100%
Liability
Zurich Airport Transfer accepts no liability for delays caused by a force of nature, traffic jams, breakdowns, incorrect pickup or destination information, or any situation beyond our control.
Terms of payment
Payment must be made either by bank/postal transfer or by credit card, no later than 10 days after the order has been fulfilled.
We reserve the right to request a different method of payment. Holding back payments and offsetting our claims against counterclaims not recognized by us is not permitted.
Place of jurisdiction
Swiss law is exclusively applicable to any disputes. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
Our company will always endeavor to resolve any differences with its customers amicably and consensual.
