By submitting this application and becoming a Partner of Zurich Airport Transfer, the Partner acknowledges that all customer information, booking details, pricing, routes, contact information, operational procedures and other business information received from Zurich Airport Transfer are strictly confidential.
The Partner, its employees, subcontractors, drivers and representatives shall not directly or indirectly contact Zurich Airport Transfer customers for private business, offer transportation services outside bookings received through Zurich Airport Transfer, request or accept direct bookings from Zurich Airport Transfer customers, encourage customers to bypass Zurich Airport Transfer, disclose customer information to third parties, or use customer information for any purpose other than completing an assigned booking.
This obligation applies during the cooperation and for 24 months after the partnership ends. A breach may result in immediate termination, cancellation of future assignments, suspension of outstanding payments where legally permitted, and legal action for actual damages, lost profits, legal costs and other remedies available under applicable law.
Where permitted by applicable law and agreed by the parties, compensation for a breach may amount to up to CHF 50,000, without limiting Zurich Airport Transfer’s right to claim higher proven damages where legally permissible.
